Ipak Yo‘li Innovatsiyalar Universiteti is a private higher education institution located in the city of Olmaliq. The university was founded on April 1, 2022, by Aziz Ro‘zimboyevich Kutlimuratov. In a short period of time, it has gained recognition among students and academic staff and has achieved positive results in providing quality education and training modern specialists.
It is also worth noting that Ipak Yo‘li Innovatsiyalar Universiteti was named the Best Private Higher Education Institution – 2023. Within the “Best Private Higher Education Institution – 2023” competition organized on the @talimuz page from December 20 to January 20, the university was declared the absolute winner among 103 nominees, receiving 16,571 votes, and was awarded a special trophy.
The main goal of the university is to integrate modern knowledge and innovative technologies into society and to train highly qualified specialists. The institution stands out by applying educational programs that meet international standards and advanced teaching methods.

Academic Programs
The university provides students with opportunities to study in various fields. Currently, the following programs are available:
Economics:
Economics belongs to the field of Business, Management and Law. It covers a comprehensive range of issues related to economic, financial, marketing, production, and analytical activities within enterprises and organizations of various ownership forms, financial, credit and insurance institutions, state and local government bodies, academic and sectoral research organizations, as well as preschool, general secondary, specialized secondary and higher education institutions. The program focuses on developing professional skills, managerial abilities, and methods and approaches related to the development and forecasting of industries and enterprises.
Psychology:
60310300 – Psychology is an academic program within the field of social and behavioral sciences. Graduates may work in state and private preschool, general secondary, specialized secondary and professional educational institutions; teach relevant subjects; provide psychological assistance in mass media organizations, state and local government bodies, industrial and business organizations; work in private psychological service centers; organize career guidance and psychodiagnostic activities; provide psychological services in rehabilitation centers and sports teams; and work in military units under the Ministry of Defense and law enforcement agencies.
Pedagogy:
Graduates of this program can work as teachers of the “Education” subject in general secondary and specialized schools; teach pedagogy in secondary specialized and professional education institutions; manage educational institutions in accordance with professional standards for school principals; work as youth leaders in local communities; serve as educators in orphanages; work as methodologists in ministries, departments and institutions responsible for education; and work as office managers or tutors in general secondary, professional and higher education institutions.
Primary Education:
Graduates can work as junior researchers in research institutions; work in local self-government bodies and centers for spirituality and enlightenment; work as primary school teachers in general secondary and specialized educational institutions; carry out professional activities in state and non-state organizations; manage educational institutions in accordance with professional standards for school principals; and work as office managers or tutors in general secondary, professional and higher education institutions.
The university also offers education in other modern fields. To strengthen students’ practical knowledge, the university provides modern teaching methods, electronic libraries, student accommodation, free Wi-Fi, and classrooms equipped with interactive boards. Students are also provided with opportunities for practical training, and various innovation centers have been established.
The university has established international cooperation and implements academic exchange programs with prestigious universities abroad.
For example, in September 2024, practical training was organized for students of the Primary Education program. Agreements were signed between our students and General Secondary Schools No. 17 and 19 in Olmaliq.
During their practical training, our students shared the following feedback:
“During our practical training, we had the opportunity to apply our theoretical knowledge in practice. Each stage was organized according to a plan and carried out purposefully. Throughout the internship, we are working both in teams and on individual assignments. This process is providing us with valuable knowledge and experience that we can apply in our future careers. We feel more professional and believe that this experience will be of great benefit to us in the future.”
In October, the Rectorate of Ipak Yo‘li Innovatsiyalar Universiteti organized a conference with representatives of relevant organizations from Turkey, Raxul Muxammad and Saodat Davlatova, to discuss the establishment of cooperation with prestigious international universities.
During the conference, the Rector of the university, Nigora Tursunboyevna Sobirova, shared her views on reforms in the higher education system of Uzbekistan. Important dates were determined for establishing international cooperation with prestigious Turkish universities, including the signing of memorandums with five universities ranked among the world’s TOP-1000.
In December of the same year, the Central Asian University of Innovation in Kazakhstan and Ipak Yo‘li Innovatsiyalar Universiteti signed a Cooperation Memorandum and an agreement on the academic mobility of professors and teaching staff.
On December 23, Ipak Yo‘li Innovatsiyalar Universiteti and Military Unit No. 99166 signed a Cooperation Memorandum. A joint action plan was also approved to organize activities aimed at educating students and young people in the spirit of military patriotism and conducting spiritual and educational initiatives.
“The purpose of educating young people in the spirit of military patriotism is to develop in them a sense of loyalty and service to the Motherland, encourage them to protect peace and actively contribute to the country’s development, establish strong social, spiritual and moral qualities, and form a reserve of dedicated, honest and highly qualified professionals for all sectors of the country.”
We are also pleased to announce that a new university building with a total area of 10,000 square meters is nearing completion and will soon be put into operation.
Ipak Yo‘li Innovatsiyalar Universiteti is also making a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the city of Olmaliq. By expanding opportunities for young people to receive higher education, the university contributes to their development into leading specialists in the future.
